Uniform Distribution CommitteeThis is pretty fast-paced work, done before the tournament begins. In the past the dates have been anywhere from a few weeks to a few days before tournament week. The job entails 3 days at the John Deere Administrative Center, cheerfully helping approximately 1700 volunteers with shirt sizing and taking payment from the volunteers for their uniform shirt, hat, and/or visor. We’re on our feet quite a bit and there can be some heavy lifting. Shifts are generally 4 hours long, although lesser amounts of time can be accommodated. Also, on the first day of distribution, there is opportunity for an earlier shift to inventory shirts and hats, and set up the distribution area before volunteers arrive.
