Uniform Distribution


Dates

Tuesday, June 24th, 2008 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesday, June 25th, 2008 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Thursday, June 26th, 2008 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

No Alternate Dates - You must arrange to pick up
your uniform on one of these days.

Required Forms


If you have volunteered before you will be asked to verify your Volunteer Data Information. If you are a new volunteer you will be asked to fill out Volunteer Data Input Form. Everyone must fill out and submit the Code of Conduct and Waiver forms below. You can download a copy of these forms, fill them out and bring them with you to the Uniform Distribution. If you are unable to personally get to the Uniform Distribution, you should arrange for someone else to bring your completed forms and necessary funds to purchase your shirt(s).

Any volunteer who has not completed and submitted these forms will not be issued a volunteer uniform or tournament admission badge.

Be sure to stop at your committee's table to pick up your tournament entry badge, assignments and any additional information


2008 Uniform Details


Every volunteer must purchase their own Official John Deere Classic Volunteer shirt(s). You will need to provide your own khaki colored shorts, skorts or pants. Only the new John Deere Classic logo may be worn on any article of clothing. If you wear golf shoes, they MUST have soft spikes. Volunteers are required to wear their volunteer shirt and display their volunteer badge on any day they are working. On days volunteers are not working but wish to enter the grounds they are required to display their badge and it's recommended but not required that they wear their volunteer shirt.

Volunteer Shirts for 2008 will be light yellow.
