Online Registration - We have decided to delay the opening of online registration until closer to the 15th of April. You will receive a USPS mailing and an e-mailing when online registration is available. Note that even though the link on the Scoring web site says "Online Registration", it is the "Add to Data Base" form! Since you are receiving this e-mailing, you are already on the data base and do not need to complete this "Add to Data Base" form Scheduling information and requests will only be honored on the Online Registration form when it is available.


Mailing Address Changed? - Since we do a USPS mailing to everyone when online registration is open, we need your latest USPS mailing address. The USPS mailing address we have is listed above. If this is incorrect, please reply to this e-mail with the correct address.
Years of Service - Also listed above is your Years of Service on our data base. This is through last year (2009). If this is incorrect, please reply to this e-mail with the correct number and any other information that might help with what year(s) we are missing.


Here are some key dates for 2010:
• By 15 April - you will receive a USPS mailing and an e-mailing that registration is open. Sign up quickly as our slots fill up fast.
• June 22nd, 23rd, 24th - Uniform distribution - this will be where you get your uniform and your assignments. Remember for our "out of area" or "can't make it" volunteers we offer pick-up service for your uniform.
• July 3rd and 4th - These will be the training sessions on Saturday and/or Sunday. Exact details will follow, but plan on attending one of these sessions.

More Volunteers Needed - If you know of someone who would be interested in being a Laser Operator for the 2010 JDC, please have them complete an online "add to data base" form. This is not a registration or commitment on their part. It only gets them on the mailing list to receive the JDC Scoring information and then they can decide if it really works for them.

To get to the "add to data base form":
• Go to the Volunteers home page: www.jdclassic.org/volunteers
• Scroll down and click on Scoring Committee
• Click on the Online Registration on the left side
Please note that this is NOT for registration, only for new people to be added to the JDC Scoring data base. If you received this e-mailing, you're already on our database and should not complete this "add to data base form".
