Volunteer Lunch Ticket Request Form

This form is for the Committee Chairperson to request lunch tickets for their volunteers. Please fill out this form even if you don't need lunch tickets (0 is an option!) This way we know that each committee has been taken care of.

Monday & Tuesday Only - $5.00 coupons will be available for those who work Monday and/or Tuesday. These coupons can be used at the concession stands only.

Wednesday thru Sunday - tickets are good for a volunteer lunch at the Volunteer Tent or a "to go" lunch from the Volunteer Tent. The volunteer lunch will be a choice of a Ham, Turkey or Roast Beef sandwich plus chips and a non-alcoholic beverage. These tickets will NOT be valid at any concession stands.
