Volunteer Recognition Nomination Form

The following awards honor our volunteers each year. Please review your candidate in light of the suggested requirements for each award. After this years tournament, we encourage your nominations. The John Deere Classic Volunteer Recognition Committee will select award winners and announce them during next years event.

Outstanding Volunteer
Candidates for this award must have exhibited special dedication and commitment to the tournament

Hall of Fame
Candidates for this award must have previously won the Outstanding Volunteer award. These nominees demonstrate exceptional contributions and embody the spirit and ideals of the tournament over several years of service.

Outstanding Committee Chair (limited to 2 awards per year)
Candidates for this award must have exhibited special dedication and commitment to the tournament and be a Committee Chairperson.

The Denny Holmberg Distinguished Service Award (1 award per year)
Candidates can be a past or present volunteer who has demonstrated significant commitment, contribution and service to the tournament.
